Let's take a look: >>>> Dear Satoshi, Since your specialty is rain dance decks, I figured you would be the perfect one to fix my deck. Strategy after deck list: Ancient Rain Dance Pokemon 4 Squirtle (TR) 3 Blastoise 2 Cleffa (NG) 4 Omanyte (F) 3 Omastar (ND) 3 Seel 2 Dewgong Trainers 4 Bill 4 Prof. Oak 4 Comp. Search 4 Mysterious Fossil 4 Pokemon Breeder 3 Fossil Egg 2 Misty's Tears Energy 14 Water After stalling with Seel or Cleffa, get Blastoise and Omanyte up and load Omanyte up with water energy with rain dance then evolve him to Omastar and pile on damage with Spike Barrage, with Dewgong and Blastoise as backup. The idea of using Fossil Omanyte is because the Omastar family from Discovery is fighting and rain dance won't work on non-water types. I hope this deck catches you eye and you can improve it. Thanks for taking the time to read my deck! >>>> Heh, very cool. Spike Barrage is a lot like Misty's Poliwhirl's Water Punch now that I think about it. Hmm. Anyways, let's see what we can do here. Pokemon 4 Squirtle (TR) 3 Blastoise 2 Cleffa (NG) 4 Omanyte (F) 3 Omastar (ND) 3 Seel 2 Dewgong Well, for starters, we do not need the Dewgong family taking up space. Two evolution lines imo is fine in a combo deck like this, but more than two is pushing it. Remove the Seel and Dewgong for another Cleffa, a fourth Blastoise, and 3 of everyone's favorite Raindance backup hitter...Neo: Genesis Wooper. ;D Pokémon (21) 4 Squirtle 4 Blastoise 3 Cleffa 4 Omanyte 3 Omastar 3 Wooper Let's check out the Trainers now: Trainers 4 Bill 4 Prof. Oak 4 Comp. Search 4 Mysterious Fossil 4 Pokemon Breeder 3 Fossil Egg 2 Misty's Tears Alright, for the most part they look fine...but we need some Itemfinder. Kill the Bill for four Itemfinder, and let's also ditch two Mysterious Fossil for two Professor Elm. Finally, kill a single Misty's Tears for an Ecogym: Trainers (25) 4 Professor Oak 4 Computer Search 4 Itemfinder 4 Pokémon Breeder 3 Fossil Egg 2 Mysterious Fossil 2 Professor Elm 1 Misty's Tears 1 Ecogym And finally, the Energy: Energy (14) 14 Water Bah! Perfect, no fixing needed here. ;) Here she is: Pokémon (21) 4 Squirtle 4 Blastoise 3 Cleffa 4 Omanyte 3 Omastar 3 Wooper Trainers (25) 4 Professor Oak 4 Computer Search 4 Itemfinder 4 Pokémon Breeder 3 Fossil Egg 2 Mysterious Fossil 2 Professor Elm 1 Misty's Tears 1 Ecogym Energy (14) 14 Water Sorry for the short fix today, folks. I've got a bit of a headache and am dragging around as it is, but a Deck Mechanic's work is never done. ;) Anyway, great deck. It came to me with just some minor problems, and all in all it could have been played fine had the owner taken it as it was. Raindance lives on. :) Good luck and happy gaming!
