SATOSHI: Here we go!

Ok.  I think that my deck needs some tweaking out...
I've tried every which way I can to try to fix it and
I am sending you a copy of what works best and then u
can adjust that.  Ok, pretty much my strategy is to
use my Bills, Professor Oaks, and Kangaskhan to draw
alot of cards fast and evolve Magikarp into Gyrados
before my opponent can get ahold of him.  Plus if
Gyrados isn't working out I have Dragonite to back him
up.  Since magikarps get killed easily and I use alot
of cards I got the nightly Garbage runs to help me
out.  Ok here's my deck.

2 Base Magikarp
2 Team Rocket Magikarp
4 Gyrados
3 Base Dratini
1 Team Rocket Dratini
2 Dragonair
2 Dark Dragonair
1 Dragonite
2 Dark dragonite
1 Movie Promo Dragonite
1 Kangaskhan

2 Potion
4 Bill
2 GOW
2 Professor Oak
2 Nightly Garbage Run

25 Water Energy
3 Double Colorless Energy

Before anyone says it, I know most people don't have
water decks without Blastoise, but I am one of a
dying breed.  Please help me.

SATOSHI: Okay...a water deck without Blastoise...this is doable.
===THE POKEMON===
Okay...lots of work needed here. Your goal is to get Gyarados out...so let's
make ll the Magikarp TR Magikarp. Rapid Evolution is a real help. Let's make
all of the Dratini base set, and remove the Dragonites altogether. I know
he's part of your deck strategy, but it's not worth the effort. I think
you'd be better off with Scyther. Put three of them in here. Use the last
space for another Kangaskahn. Let's move on, shall we?
===THE TRAINERS===
Take out the two potions for another Professor Oak and NGR. Now, remove
three Water Energy for another Gust of Wind and two Computer Search. Looks
good.
===THE ENERGY===
22 Water Energy should be fine...as should 3 DCE.
===THE OVERALL===
Be sure to keep magikarp on the bench until he has enough energy for Rapid
Evolution, K?

SATOSHI: That's all for now!! Good Luck and Happy Gaming!!
