Hey, Chris....

I love unusual formats, and Uncommons Only should be a fun fix. Actually, this would be "No Rares" since you have some commons in the deck.

Pokémon:

Your water Pokémon have a deep weakness to lightning. Prior to Team Rocket, you wouldn't have to worry since there were no uncommon lightning Pokémon. But with TR came 1 nice little Pokémon called Dark Jolteon whose single energy Lightning Flash (L for 20 and smokescreen) is exceptional. However, Dk. Jolteon has little back up in the uncommon lightning department, so you'd have to worry about him as a splash at worst. Your Pokémon seem solid. A suggestion that may interest you: Tentacool as a free retreat/stall.

Trainers:

We can eliminate some Water Energy and open up space by adding some Energy Retrievals. If the speed in your area is fast, let's add more Bill and Oak. We'll also add in some NGR to recycle needed cards. Another card you may want to consider is Gust of Wind.

Energy:

You might add in DCEs because some of your Pokémon can handle it, but I'll leave all water for now.

New Deck Listing:

3 Dewgong
4 Eevee
