Not bad, you are running a lot of evolves though.  It looks like you are
trying to accomplish to many things, though.  Here is a copy of my
Raindance...it is the best deck I have made yet.  The only problem is, if
you don't get your kills quick, you could deck easily.

This is a pretty straight forward deck.  It is almost a Haymaker in the fact
that it is mostly HUGE damage, most of the time, second turn.


   I would probably add Traders and Breeders to your deck, that way you will
most likely be able to pull off the evolution process.  I would suggest some
early game power, or stalling potential, if your deck doesn't go off by at
least 3rd turn.

     Hey, this is my deck and I wanted it to get fixed before I went into a
local tournament.  It's called "Hurricane Rain" and is a Rain Dance.  I've
only lost once out of like 20 battles.   I have practically 4 of every card
so add anything you want.
     The strategy is pretty straight forward: Get Blastoise for the Rain
Dance
power.  If not I use the Poliwrath to take away energy, which is great
against Mr. Mime since he can't power up.
