Deck Name: Rare Deck

My name is Julian and I am  9 years old.
This is how I play this deck, send out Mr. Mime and use invisible wall. Keep using
Meditate. If my opponent uses Nidoking and kills my Mr. Mime I send out Hitmonchan and use Special Punch. I then evolve an Abra into Alakazam using Pokèmon Breeder to transfer damage from Hitmonchan to Chansey.

You've got a great strategy here, and Damage Swap decks are a great kind of deck for a young player to start with. I suggest that add one more Chansey, and 2 Likitung. Likitung is an incredibly powerful Pokèmon for the energy it takes to power--and on top of the status effect it dishes out, it can act as a good damage sponge.

You might consider dropping your Abra line down to 3. I know Abra a weak Pokèmon, so my suggestion is that if you don't have to, don't play it to your bench until you have that breeder and Alakazam in your hand. Of course, if you only have one Pokèmon out, and you have an Abra in your hand, you could lay it to avoid that first turn win.

Now, let's look at your energies. You've got 15 fighting energies in there, but you only have 2 Hitmonchan. Hitmonchan takes a max of 3 fighting to power. Multiply 3 by 2 (the number of Chans you have) and you have 6. Add in an extra 3 just to be cautious, and you have a total of 9 fighting energies that you need. You don't need more than that. Take out 6 Fighting energies.

Now, we'll take a look at your trainers. You've got Super Energy Removal, which requires you to discard energy, but no regular energy removals--which don't. I suggest that you drop all the SER and add 3 regular energy removals.

I also suggest that sometime (not right now) you add at least 2 Professor Oak OR 2 Gamblers. Those will give you the drawing power you need to get to cards you need in your deck. Once you play this deck enough you'll find where you need to put them.

Use the space made available from the removal of the 6 fighting energies to add 2 Switch, and 3 Pokèmon Traders. Switch will let you get damaged Pokèmon or Status effected Pokèmon out of the active slot, and Pokèmon Trader will let you trade that fourth Abra in your hand for the Alakazam waiting for you in your deck.

Great job on your deck. It's very good for you only being 9 years old!
