Heya there. Your deck usually needs a strategy submitted along with it in order to get fixed, but I've seen enough of these to know what your strategy probably is. Let's begin by looking at your Charizard line. You only have one Charizard. Either remove the Charizard completely, or add one more (yes I know they are expensive.) Many people forget that in only two turns Charmeleon can do the same amount of damage that Charizard can do in one--but with less energy discard. What you decide is completely up to you.

If you wish to keep the Charizard in there, but can't afford to add another Charizard at this time, I am going to suggest that you add some Pokèmon Traders. Pokèmon Traders will allow you to trade a useless Pokèmon in your hand (let's say you have a Rhydon in your hand, but no Rhyhorn) for that Charizard you hope is in your deck (and not your prizes.)

I wonder why you have 4 Ponyta in your deck, but no Rapidash. Rapidash is a great evolution to have (if you're going to use Ponyta) because it has a -zero- retreat cost. Pull out 1 Ponyta and 1 Machop in order to add 2 Rapidash to your deck.

Now, Let's look at your trainers. You have no Bill, no Oak or Gambler, no Switch or Gust of Wind. I usually suggest you start out with 2 of each of these when building any deck. Obviously you didn't read any of my deck submission tips before you sent in this deck.

You also have 5 potions. This deck, if it were in any of my DCI sanctioned tournaments, would be disqualified faster than the snow melts on the sun. You can only have 4 of any kind of card (except BASIC energy) in your deck.

This is going to sound strange, but remove ALL the potions, super potions, and  plus powers. In their place, add 2 Pokèmon Trader, 2 Bill, 2 Gambler, 2 Switch, and 2 Gust of Wind. Once you've put these essential building blocks into your deck, you will probably see a remarkable improvement in your game play.

Now, you can add 2 Double Colorless Energies to your deck. Your Ponyta and Rapidash can use them, and so can many of your other Pokèmon.

Let me know how your deck does.
