Thanks for rating my sister's deck. Please rate mine too. I'm 14 and I haven't played in any tournaments. I usually do pretty well. What do you think I should add? I use Poliwrath and Dragonair to get rid of energy, and Lapras to attack. I think I should add some Scyther for strong basics.

POKÈMON (18)

2 Lapras
4 Poliwag
3 Poliwhirl
2 Poliwrath
4 Dratini
3 Dragonair
0 Scyther

Well, if you want to add 2 Scyther, go ahead. Scyther is a good, powerful, basic Pokèmon. His colorless attack allows him to splash into almost any deck. Since you only have 18, your could splash him in without having to remove any of your other Pokèmon; but, I would advise you to knock your Poliwrath line down to a 3-2-2 evolution ratio. In my time as a player, I've found the 3-2-2 evolution ratio to work better than any of the others.

TRAINERS

4 Sup'r Energy Rem.
4 Energy Removal
3 Bill
2 Gust of Wind
2 Gambler
2 CPU Search
1 Pokèmon Breeder
0 Pokèmon Trader

Ahh! Finally! A trainer who understands the validity of BILL. I suggest that you drop the 2 CPU search in favor of 2 Pokèmon Traders. Why? Well, while you can't search for trainer cards or DCE, you can switch a useless Pokèmon in your hand for a useful Pokèmon from your deck. You aren't penalized for its use (no discard) and this way you can use your deck very effectively.

Next, I suggest you drop 1 Super Energy Removal in favor of adding one more Pokèmon Breeder. Having 1 Breeder in your deck is risky--you run the chance of not getting it when you most need it.

ENERGY

4 DCE
20 Water

I checked, and you have plenty of energy for your Pokèmon.

I want to say, thank you! Thank you for taking the time to construct a deck that is essentially fine! Tweaking decks like this is what I look forward to, and it's reassuring to me to know that there are trainers like you out there who DO have a clue =) Bravo.
