The fix-age:

Wheee!! A wiggly deck!  I remember having a heck of a lot of fun with this deck...back in the day... Anyway, I see a couple things wrong with the deck....

Pokemon:

Ok.... Problems here... I see you run 4 Darkness energy and no sneasel... *TRC's Rabid Sneasel sniffs indignantly* Yeah, relax, it's all good. I'm gonna add 2 as 4 darks should be enough to get both powered if you need to... Another thing I notice is that there's no scyther in this deck =/. Scyther is cool because it counters Wiggly's fighting weakness with its resistance and is also helpful in that rare situation where your opponent has S. Tower in play along with Unknown N and D.  Ditch the Magby, Smoochum and Dratini and add 3 Cleffa.  Ditto we'll leave as TecH against an opponent's sneasel and because you can call this deck the "Cute and Fuzzy Pink Blob Deck".
Pokemon: 18

2 Sneasel(Neo1)
4 Jigglypuff (SI is really great vs. Slowking but Jungle's easier to get)
3 Wigglytuff
2 Igglybuff
1 Ditto
3 Cleffa
2 Scyther

Trainers:

A'ight, let's see here.... Ditch the regular removals, SER will help you out more in the long run, but drop its count by 1. Add another Oak, drop 2 Bill, add another Gust, drop a plus power, drop the RSA *tear* and add 3 Lass (it screws up your opponent more to Lass+eeeeeeek than to just use RSA *tear* ), add another Finder, and 2 Elms. Also, I notice you use mainly Special Energies, thus, it's a good idea to add either No Removal Gym or EcoGym to protect yourself and counter S. Tower, although Healing Fields is another nice alternative if you do not wish to pay for the effects of the other Gyms.  Play 3 Healing Fields/NR Gym/EcoGym. Congratulations, half your deck is Trainers now.

Trainers: 30

4 Oak
2 Bill
4 Comp. Search
3 Gust
3 SER
3 Plus Power
3 Lass
4 Item Find
3 No Removal/EcoGym/Healing Fields
2 Elms

Energy:

Looks good to me. You shouldn't have a problem getting darks to power the Sneasels, but if you do, run a Rainbow.

Energy: 12
4 Dark
4 DCE
4 Recycle

Well, there you go, everything needed to establish an effective beatdown.  Good luck with your deck in Italian OP!
