Hey guys, this is going to be a rather short fix today. X_x; My house just got recarpeted and I've still got so much stuff to put away that it isn't funny. Let's check the deck! >>>> Hi! Umm...what was it?...O yes. I'm about to send you my deck.I think it needs some GOOD help of yours, Satoshi. Name...hmmm... let it be: "The Great Bee Attacks!" Deck: Pokemon:(14) 4x Weedle (Neo Discovery) 4x Beedrill (Neo Discovery) 2x Scyther (Jungle) 2x Rocket's Scyther (Gym Heroes) 2x Lugia (Psychic type, Neo Revelation) Trainers:(27) 4x Pokemon Breeder 3x Computer Search 3x Item Finder 2x Plus Power 2x Gust of Wind 2x Resistance Gym 3x Gold Berry 3x Professor Oak 4x Super Energy Removal 1x Super Energy Retrieval Energy:(19) 15x Grass Energy 4x Double Colorless Energy OK.That's it.As you can see this deck is Unlimited and that's how I play(in the Unlimited Format). Now I must think about my strategy.OK, it's simple. The most important thing in my strategy is to quick evolve those Weedles into nasty Beedrills.Breeders are very helpful in this. That's why I don't use Kakunas although they are good.I have Computer Searches to find those cards that I need. For example if I have Weedle in play and a Beedrill in my hand I use Search to find the missing Breeder.See?Told you it is simple.Item Finders are very good to find Breeders that are in the Discard Pile.Next goes Resistance Gym. I know that it lowers my resistance to Fighting Type but I don't have to use it when I play with Fighting Pokemon, do I?It's important to get rid of those No Removal or Eco Gyms and it's a way to get around Metal Pokemon. Rocket Scythers and Scythers are my good grass type Basics.Rocket is sometimes even a good stall.Lugia Psychic is my last chance when I play with a Fire deck. For 2 Double Colorless Energy, Aerowing is a good attack. In dramatic situations I can flip for 80 damage. And 90 HP in a Basic is very good.I think that's all about my strategy. Now it's up to you Satoshi to fix this deck.I hope you will help me.I just don't know how to make this deck better. Thanks a whole bunch!!! >>>> Alright, like I said, quickie fix. I don't usually do things like this, but here's what I'd play keeping the original deck in mind: Pokemon:(14) 4x Weedle (Neo Discovery) 1x Kakuna (either) 4x Beedrill (Neo Discovery) 2x Scyther (Jungle) 1x Rocket's Scyther (Gym Heroes) 3x Cleffa Trainers:(29) 3x Pokemon Breeder 4x Computer Search 4x Item Finder 2x Gust of Wind 2x Resistance Gym 3x Gold Berry 4x Professor Oak 3x Super Energy Removal 3x Professor Elm Energy:(17) 13x Grass Energy 4x Double Colorless Energy Not a whole lot has changed, granted, but I did sprouse up the Trainers a bit. The draw engine needed to be a bit stronger, so I added a fourth Oak, CPU, Itemfinder, and three Elm. I also killed off those Lugia and a Rocket's Scyther for three Cleffa. Again, drawing cards = very good. Lugia, on the other hand, is not. While it can be stellar if you have the time to power the sucker up, a good player will not let that happen. Anywho, I also killed a Super Energy Removal, as four is a bit...much. The energy dropped a bit, as you could spare a few, and I needed some elbow room, ya know? ;\ I also killed a Pokemon Breeder for a single Kakuna for one reason: the big, bad, psychic bear/fish/thing(?) aka Slowking. Slowking will DESTROY your chances of getting Beedrill out at all if this deck stutters in the early game. Kakuna gives you a chance against all those Kings running around. Anyway, that about does it. I've gotta get to work putting stuff away or I'm going to be buried underneath a nightstand and a clock radio. Good luck and happy gaming, all!
