    Hi Dean,
    Believe it or not, Your deck is the first I can say I really don't see a problem with. The deck concept seems solid enough. My only worry is the use of the Pokemon Centers with out any Energy Retrievals. I'm looking the worst case here when you need to play a center and aren't able to recover the energy lost. The only thing I would mention is to get a third Raichu and a forth Pikachu. Probably lose a 'Buzz and a Psychic energy to get them in.
