Lt. Surge

In the TV Show, Lt. Surge is one of the toughest gym leaders. His favorite Pokemon to use is Raichu, which beats almost every Pokemon. He evolved his Pikachu into a Raichu as soon as he got it, but Brock figured out that Raichu never learned Agility and Quick Attack, which it can only learn as a Pikachu. Lt. Surge likes to call everyone “Baby” Ash proved himself to be no baby when he defeated Lt. Surge the second time around, after it got taught Quick Attack and Agility. In the end, he’ll award you with the Thunder Badge. - Petey
