Synchro Punch can potentially do 40 for only 1 colorless energy, especially if the Defending Pokemon has a Multi, Double Rainbow, or Scramble Energy attached. But if they don't, it's only 10 damage, so it's risky. 2/5 Limited - Drawing cards with an attack is great!! 4/5
