attack does NOTHING. Cleffa is the best baby in the game.
This card single handedly broke the game. Deserves a 5/5 no
matter what format. |

Unlimited: Still an awesome card here It’s a baby
Pokemon meaning free retreat no weakness and most
important the baby rule. And it can refresh your hand.
Rating : 3/5
Modified: It was reprinted but with a few changes. The
new version got more HP, one less card, weakness,
retreat and no baby rule. Even if this version was
modified it still wouldn’t be as good as Castform is
today.

Limited: Take it Colorless attack, baby, free retreat
and 7 new cards. Gimme one reason not to take this.

Cleffa adds a great draw engine to decks and allows the
player to escape from potential game winning rush hand
trap strategies by drawing a new hand.
With a focus band he'll stay around awhile. A great card
for Unlimited decks.
