Very good question. The answer
is Harden would have no effect. Since change damage is exchanging the
damage counters rather than dealing the damage itself, it is unaffected by
anything stopping or affecting damage, including but not limited to Weakness,
Resistence, Harden, Invisible Wall, etc...
